Customer Loyalty Points

We have now introduced a Customer Loyalty Bonus where all customers are awarded points for each purchase made which can be redeemed to provide discounts against future purchases.

We have tried to keep this Customer Loyalty Bonus as simple as possible.  1 loyalty point is awarded for each full £ spent (excluding any delivery charges) and each point is worth £0.05 (5p) but please read the following full Terms and Conditions below.

Loyalty Points will be automatically awarded when your order is dispatched. Notifications of points awarded or redeemed will be given on the Check Out page and in the order confirmation emails.

Terms & Conditions

1. Loyalty Points can only be awarded / redeemed by customers that login during checkout using the same details (user id / password) on each occasion
2. Loyalty Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point per full GBP pound spent.
3. A Minimum of 10 Loyalty Point must be held before any redemption can be made.
4. Loyalty Points cannot be awarded / redeemed for purchases made by telephone / email.
5. Each Loyalty Point has a redemption Value of £0.05 (5p) for any goods purchased from www.charmschooluk.com .
6. Loyaly Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Loyalty Points have NO expiry time
